Our family absolutely loves Farro! The Windsor team is top notch: from meal suggestions, knowing our favorite drinks when we arrive and making us feel like we are part of the Farro family. Visited on a weekend for early dinner and ordered several dishes from the menu. Started with the herb focaccia which was thin and crispy with a nice salty and herby flavour from the oregano and rosemary. For main, had the margherita and paesan pizza as well as the tagliatelle lamb ragu pasta. Pizza base was thin, perfectly toasted, middle was a little soggy from the generous amount of tomato sauce, crust was quite dense but soft and outside was crispy. The margherita had plenty of buffalo mozzarella which was very tasty, especially when combined with the basil leaf. The paesan was very savoury from the salami and olives; it paired well with their house made habanero chilli oil, providing an additional layer of flavour. The tagliatelle pasta was cooked al dente with a nice bite to it and the slow braised lamb shoulder was very tender. The flavour of lamb was strong and concentrated with a little sweet tanginess from the ragu. For dessert, had the tiramisu; coffee flavour could be a little stronger but it was still pretty good.

I went to farro with my friend yesterday. And i personally think that this is the best and most authentic Italian restaurant that i ever been to in melbourne. The staff is very friendly and quick. The ambience of the restaurant is amazing definitely worth come visit. Even tho yesterday was quite busy but we still get our food quick with amazing service. Highly recommend the: gnocchi pistachio its so good!!!
